I found this New York Times article about schools incorporating iPods into certain classes. While various methods are being experimented with, one teacher downloads popular songs with certain words omitted. The students then try to identify and define the missing words.
Also, according to the article, last spring Duke University required IPods in 93 of there 2000 or so classes.
Could this be indicative of the future? Will Apple come out with an ePod for class room use?
This is very interesting. I personally don’t own an iPod yet, however I wanting one more and more. I just started to use iTunes about a month ago and absolutely love it. Well, if they do make the ePod, I certainly hope they lower the price for the poor college students.
